In addition to running Wills Creek and its affiliates direct investments in real estate; Jim serves as an adviser, facilitator and partner to some of America’s most prestigious and pioneering real estate entrepreneurs, family offices and closely held companies.
Jim's experience in land development, multi-family development, for sale housing, recreational property, hospitality, and medical buildings has taken him to almost every major real estate market in the United States.
While serving as COO of Klingbeil Medical Partners and Executive Vice-President of Klingbeil Capital Management Jim developed a passion for the Urban Land Institute. He is a full member of ULI, a member of the Recreational Development Council - Gold, and a past member of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Council.
Jim is an avid conservationist and sportsman. He has a passion for bird dogs, fly fishing, American History, and renovating historical homes. Jim is a member of the Board of Directors of the C4 Foundation.
