Wills Creek was founded by Jim Schrim in 2012 to invest in regional real estate opportunities. In 2017 Mr. Schrim founded Wills Creek Development Services, LLC, a boutique advisory firm focused on maximizing outcomes for complex real estate opportunities and resolving highly challenging real estate matters.
