Jim Schrim - Founder & President

Jim has served as a senior executive, principal, adviser and facilitator for some of America’s most prestigious and pioneering real estate entrepreneurs, families and closely held companies. His entire professional life has centered around real estate acquisition, investment, land conservation, development, construction and asset management.  

Jim's experience in land development, for sale residential housing development, multi-family development, recreational property and medical office buildings has taken him across the country to almost every major real estate market. 

He developed a passion for the Urban Land Institute while working under Jim Klingbeil. He is a full member of ULI, a member of the Recreational Development Council and a past member of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Council. 

Jim is an avid conservationist and sportsman, a lifelong supporter of the Boy Scouts of America and an Eagle Scout. His other passions include bird dogs, fly fishing, American History, historical renovation, poetry, ending cancer and finding a cure for juvenile diabetes.

Andy Ferris - Co-Founder & General Counsel

Andy has served as counsel for some of America's most respected real estate families and closely held companies.  In addition to being co-founder and general counsel for Wills Creek he also maintains his own boutique legal practice representing clients on complex transactional and tax matters around the country.

Andy's experience in public private finance, government incentives, tax appeals, environmental remediation grants, 1031 exchanges, conservation easements and real estate transactions has provided him with the expertise and ability to handle almost any complex real estate project. During his tenure as a partner at Baker & Hostetler he practiced with some of the nation's top lawyers and served clients with interests around the country.

Andy is also an avid conservationist and sportsman. He is a former member of the board of education at St. Agatha Church and extremely involved in local civic affairs.  He enjoys wing shooting, fly fishing, skiing,  lacrosse,  gardening and cooking.  He has three boys who are active in sports and scouts.
